It can be used to turn any standart meter to RF-meter. Works together with BORANOVEN. OPRANOVEN provides a RF-Optical bridge between BORANOVEN and meter. So that with any bluetooth supported host device (mobile phone, tablet, PC etc.) meter communication can be achieved.
